Risk Factors in getting pancreatic cancer are Smoking, Diabetes, Family History, Obesity and Inflammation of the Pancreas. 

 

The pancreas is a vital organ, that lies in your abdomen, between your stomach & backbone.  The pancreas makes enzymes, that help you break down the food you eat.  As a gland, it makes insulin, which helps control the amount of sugar in the blood.
